"Honeycomb" handling

The all cardboard pallet has numerous advantages: lightness, tray flatness, appropriate for PLVs. All forms are possible in 2 or 4 inputs.

With equivalent strength, all cardboard pallets are at least four times lighter than wooden ones, which is an indisputable advantage for handling (no fatigue nor accidents for users). Shipping costs by air freight are therefore also optimized by this weight gain. The pallet is fully recyclable, no more returns nor deposits, and it can be compressed and resold to old paper recovery companies.

Blocks

Blocks or “feet” can be easily cemented under containers by users, or under any other tray. All sizes are possible.

Logistical tray

The “Honeycomb” tray is often used for handling and shipping parts or units inside sites or between sites. Its lightness is the solution to numerous logistical constraints. Tools used for cutting and stamping trays are not very expensive, which is a great advantage for small and medium sized batches.
